Hey everybody, I’m Greg Sowell and this is Why Am I, a podcast where I talk to interesting people and try to trace a path to where they find themselves today.  My guest this go around is Morten Wulff.  He’s playing through life on his bike trying to find his true identity…but truely I think that identity is chef.  He’s built and refined his bike that is also a kitchen for 20 years.  He takes guests on bike tours of Copenhagen, but it’s not just a tour of the city, it’s also a tour of culinary delights as he cooks and serves 5 courses over 4.5 hours.   I can only imagine what it would be like to share the cooking experience with someone who so obviously loves sharing his gift.  I hope you enjoy this conversation with Morten.
